This home in the woods is perfect for a visit from Goldilocks. Not too small, not too big…just right. This is actually my own home, so I guess that makes me Mama Bear.

We didn’t want to add on too much to the house as we approached an empty nest, however, we needed a bit more space and flexibility. Reimagining the space allowed us to bring the laundry in from the garage, create an office, enlarge the living room, and improve the storage and efficiency of the kitchen. This allowed us to only need to add a small addition, a multifunctional space, to helps us adapt to life’s changing needs.
